After spending the run up to Christmas visiting 13 different Christmas Market cities in France and Germany, we fled the cold for sunny Seville, Spain. After a month relaxing in Spain and experiencing the holidays the Spanish way, we head to London for 10 days, then return to the USA. Once back in the States, we will settle in for a month on the beach in Destin, FL.
With the arrival of March, we are on the move again. This will be a busy time for us. Karen heads out to San Diego while Garrett holes up in Athens, GA preparing for his upcoming tour season which will include 3 separate trips to Cuba. In April, we will spend Easter in Cincinnati with Bryce. The end of the month will find us in New Orleans for 3 weeks to attend our first ever Jazz Fest! Then Karen will meander around and will be joined by Garrett for a quick stop in Kilgore, Texas. While Garrett’s off leading tours, Karen will work her way west for another pet-sitting visit with family in San Diego.
Summer will take us even farther west, as we’ll head out to Australia and New Zealand for 4 months of pet sitting, exploring and watching Women’s World Cup soccer/football.
